With a reputation as a hands-on manager with strong planning and consistent follow-up skills, Steve is able to identify and anticipate problems and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. He is adept in all areas that must be managed, from budgeting to capital planning to insurance, legal and maintenance requirements. He has experience managing associations of all sizes from as small as six units to more than 100.
Steve holds an M.S. from Southern Connecticut State College and an MBA from the University of New Haven as well as a Connecticut Real Estate Broker’s License.
