Chris comes from the association side. She has over fifteen years of condominium and co-op board experience in Connecticut and Manhattan.
Chris has managed projects including replacement of flat and sloped roofs, masonry, landscaping, interior hallway and lobby renovations, preventive maintenance, contract negotiation and budgeting. Her strong focus on customer service is beneficial in assisting Boards in the management of their associations. Chris graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in English and Spanish.
