The Property Group (TPG)'s emergency answering service gives you immediate access to an experienced property manager 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Emergency issues – defined as imminent danger to life or property (such as no hot water or no heat, for properties with common hot water or heat) – will be immediately addressed.
For After-Hours Emergencies
- For emergencies involving a fire, flood or crime, please dial 911 before calling TPG's emergency support line
- Your call will be answered by our answering service – you will speak with a real person, nota machine. You will need to provide:
- The name of your property and your unit number
- Your address, including town
- A phone number where we can reach you
- Within 15 - 20 minutes, the on-call property manager will call you back
- If necessary, someone will be dispatched to make the needed repairs
Calls for non-emergencies (pet or neighbor complaints, billing issues, etc.) will not be returned until the next business day. Telephone, electric and/or cable installations are not considered emergencies and should be arranged during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
