Description:
This position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with state and local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients.
- Oversee service contracts for goods and services
- Visit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as-needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met; maintain contact with on-site staff, if applicable
- Arrange for emergency repairs on common elements
- Determine cost-effective action for routine/general repairs on common elements
- Coordinate vendors and negotiate contracts
- Review financial statements and delinquencies
- Assist Board with financial planning and budget preparation
- Develop and document pertinent matters (e.g., boiler rooms, sprinkler valves, irrigation systems, etc.)
- Prepare correspondence to unit owners on behalf of the Board, as necessary, re: association matters, violations, complaints, etc.
- Prepare for and attend Association Board meetings and Annual Meetings for portfolio of properties
The ideal individual has excellent customer service skills, is a self-starter and highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the property management field or experience on a property Board of Directors is a plus.
