Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Assist 2-3 managers with daily operations of their respective portfolio of accounts
- Become acquainted with board members and general amenities of the property to be able to respond to owners' calls
- Process mailings, email, voicemail and faxes as needed
- Maintain service logs as required
- Type correspondence and management reports, file, prepare mailings, meeting notices, etc.
- Prepare for annual meetings, package preparation, attendance sheets, room booking
- Set up and maintain new account files and owners' files
Required skills:
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Good phone manner and customer service skills; able to deal with sometimes irate customers
- Organized
- Quick learner
